Water Sports - What's Included.

Health and Safety.

Some of these activities can be dangerous although every effort is made to ensure your safety. All the instructors are fully qualified to the French legal requirements. If you don't understand anything you must ask before commencing your activity. All your instructors speak English.

You will require swim suites (not a bikini, sorry girls) and trainers (ones you don't mind getting wet). Life jackets/buoyancy aids will be supplied as will wetsuits (with the exception of gentle canoeing trips where shorts, tee-shirt and buoyancy aid [supplied] are all that is required) and head protection. Please ensure you bring a towel and dry cloths to change in to at the end of your activity.

Members of the EU should ensure they have a European Medical Card and you all must have suitable insurance. These will be checked on arrival.

Accommodation.

You will be staying in a three star Chambres D'hôtes with English hosts. All the rooms have private bathrooms which have a minimum of shower, toilet and sink (there are two rooms with a bath as well). Each room has tea and coffee making facilities and a hairdryer. There are three double rooms and one twin.

Meals.

Breakfast

Cereals, yogurt, cold meats, cheese, bread and jams, orange juice and tea or coffee.

Light/Packed Lunch (depending on activity)

Sandwiches, fruit, soft drink or tea/coffee, fruit and crisps.

Evening Meal.

Comprises of three courses, starter, main course, desert, 25cl per person of local wine followed by coffee.

Special Dietary Requirements.

Should you require ANY special dietary requirements you MUST inform us at the time of booking.

We can cater for most needs including vegetarians although vegans are the more difficult due to the lack of raw materials locally but we will always do our best to accommodate you.

Drop of and collection at Carcassonne Airport.

The collection and drop-off service is for Stansted-Carcassonne-Stansted flights only.

People not travelling on these flights must make their own transfer arrangements to the railway/bus station in Quillan from where we will be happy to collect you. Please visit www.ryanair.com for flight times.

Transport to and from your activities.

The price includes all your transport requirements during your stay.
