What's Included.Accommodation.You will be staying in a three star Chambres D'Hôte with English hosts. All the rooms have private bathrooms which have a minimum of shower, toilet and sink (there are two rooms with a bath as well). Each room has tea and coffee making facilities and a hairdryer. Meals.BreakfastCereals, yogurt, cold meats, cheese, bread and jams, orange juice and tea or coffee. Light/Packed LunchSandwiches, fruit, soft drink or tea/coffee, fruit and crisps. Sometimes we have a Catalan Lunch which is communal and comprises of Pâté, cheese, bread washed down with either local wine and/or water. Evening Meal.Comprises of three courses, starter, main course, desert, 25cl of local red wine followed by coffee. Special Dietary Requirements.Should you require ANY special dietary requirements you MUST inform us at the time of booking. We can cater for most needs including vegetarians although vegans are the more difficult due to the lack of raw materials locally but we will always do our best to accommodate you. Drop of and collection at Carcassonne Airport.The collection and drop-off service is for Stansted-Carcassonne-Stansted flights only. The flight numbers and departure/arrival times are shown next to each individual holiday date. People not travelling on these flights must make their own transfer arrangements to the railway/bus station in Quillan from where we will be happy to collect you. Transport to and from walks.The price includes all your transport requirements during your stay. Guide.All our walks are accompanied with a English speaking guide. Maps etc.We will also supply maps and information to accompany your walks.
