Located in the pleasant area of the of the upper Aude valley at an altitude of 310M the thermal spa of Rennes les Bains combines fitness, beauty and health in one magnificent experience. There are five hot springs ranging in temperature from 31to 44°C. There are also four cold springs the properties of which are highly beneficial to those with inflammatory conditions and are also believed to assist the development of bone tissue.
