What's Included.

Accommodation.

You will be staying in a three star Chambres D'Hôte with English hosts. All the rooms have private bathrooms which have a minimum of shower, toilet and sink (there are two rooms with a bath as well). Each room has tea and coffee making facilities and a hairdryer.

Meals.

Breakfast

Cereals, yogurt, cold meats, cheese, bread and jams, orange juice and tea or coffee.

Evening Meal.

Comprises of three courses, starter, main course, desert, 25cl of local red wine followed by coffee.

Special Dietary Requirements.

Should you require ANY special dietary requirements you MUST inform us at the time of booking.

We can cater for most needs including vegetarians although vegans are the more difficult due to the lack of raw materials locally but we will always do our best to accommodate you.

Treatments

With the exception of the Health Spa medical treatments all prices include your treatments.

What's not included.

Drop of and collection at Carcassonne or Perpignan Airport. Transport to and from the treatment centre.

If you don't want or can't rent a car we are happy to arrange for your collection from either Carcassonne or Perpignan airport for a modest fee (30 Euros each way). We can also drop you off and collect your from the treatment centre for a modest 10 Euros per day. These prices represent a significant saving on local taxi prices. We do however strongly recommend that you consider hiring a car which will give you greater freedom and the opportunity to explore this fantastic region of France.
